4 Tips For Brain Fog Symptoms



We talk quite a bit about physical health, but perhaps less about mental health. Mental health is crucial to experiencing vitality, but many people complain of being afflicted by an array of mental health issues; these brain fog symptoms include regular episodes of forgetfulness, absentmindedness, difficulty processing information, unclarity of thought processes and fatigue. "Brain fog" is the blanket term used to describe these symptoms and more––it is used to describe a general "fog" over the brain, or muddled thought processes. Brain fog isn't technically a medical condition, because it only loosely describes a wide array of mental symptoms. Regardless, it is a condition that many people admit to experiencing, and while many people may occasionally experience having a foggy brain, for others, it is a pervasive problem. 


There are a few things you should perhaps try if you are experiencing brain fog symptoms of or other symptoms of mental "cloudiness". 


Get your Diet Right. 

The brain needs the right nutrients and support just like every other system in the body. The best way to provide it that is with the right diet. You may be surprised at what simply changing your diet will do for your mental clarity and any other issues you might be experiencing.

Add some anti-fungals, such as olive leaf extract, oregano oil, or garlic to assist the Phase one Diet in ridding your body of pathogenic yeasts. Exercise Regularly. 

Exercise has proven to play a role in mental health, especially when it comes to issues like depression. Exercising regularly helps your circulatory system run optimally and floods your body with oxygen; these processes might help you regain the mental sharpness and clarity that you feel has been missing. Exercising regularly might also help you maintain regular energy levels and helping get rid of the general malaise associated with brain fog.
