or does it compliment the Kaufmann diet and add nutrients to it?

Like spinach and kale, grass-fed and Omega-3 meats are about as perfect as
foods can be. All meats are zero glycemic which is extremely important
for suppressing mycotoxin production from fungal infestations.
They are also easy to digest. And now it's known that saturated fats may benefit
the blood lipid profile. Saturated fats actually raise HDL
(good) cholesterol and convert LDL cholesterol from small and dense particles
(bad) to large LDL which is mostly benign. These facts are ignored
in the war on red meat, chicken skin, and eggs. Try to explain that
to your doctor.

But there's more. Compared to grain-fed meats, grass-fed and Omega-3
meats are more nutrient dense with better nutrient balance. That's why grass-fed
meats are dark red and have stronger flavors. On average,
grain-fed meats have Omega-6 to Omega-3 essential fatty acid (EFA)
ratios of 12:1 to 20:1. As EFA ratios of a population rise above 4:1 the incidences
of chronic disease increase dramatically. Most Americans have
EFA ratios of 12:1 or higher.

Grass-fed and Omega-3 meats have ratios of
2:1 or less. Lowering the EFA balance to 2:1 or less means the Omega-3
deficiency has been properly addressed. That inhibits autoimmune issues,
improves the nervous system, significantly reduces inflammation,
improves brain function, and strengthens the immune system so that it can
better defend the body against bacteria, viruses, fungi, and injuries.
